Mother and Boyfriend Arrested After Treating Son in Inhuman Way

A 10-year-old boy from Camden, N.J., escaped the home of his mother and her boyfriend, who he said chained him to a radiator in his home for two weeks. They forced him to sleep on the floor without blankets.
